We make big efforts to make sure colors and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that the image and color quality may vary from the actual product. Each item has a product description and multiple digital pictures.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on V I N T A G E A N D M U S T H A V E S However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

All prices are stated in Euro and include VAT. The selling price does not include shipping costs.

6 – DELIVERY INSURANCE
Delivery insurance V I N T A G E A N D M U S T H A V E S insures each purchase during the shipment until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Parcel tracking Once your package has been dispatched we will send you an email notification with the tracking information. All items will be dispatched within 24 hours. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
International clients: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine possible additional costs.
7. RETURNS
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. *** All items are sold ‘As it is’. Please send us an email/Whatsapp message/chat message if you have any questions regarding an item you’re interested in. As a small, dedicated team, every customer is of major importance to us. We will happily respond to any queries within 24 hours of receipt.
We will work with you closely so you can make the right shopping decision.
For your peace of mind, we can also provide you additional high resolution images and high detailed bag-videos. Please get in touch with us at info@vintageandmusthaves.com or chat with us from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm. Please remember all items we offer can show a varied degree of wear – from mint condition to average condition. When in doubt, please ask us to elaborate on item specifics: we have no problem in disclosing all flaws, as we believe that adds to the overall character of the piece. Obviously, any flaws will be reflected on the price of the item.
*** The only exception will be in cases where the bag received does not correspond total or partial to the advertising description. If the item received is not as described in the advertising, the buyer may send the item back to us and he will be fully refunded.
We have to be informed about the discordance in 24 hours after receiving the item. Return Shipping Costs are not refundable.

We guarantee the authenticity of each of the items for sale. For valuations and authentications, Vintage and Musthaves works closely with professionals in the field of luxury goods and fashion, as well as confirmed experts.
All of our luxury and high-end goods are inspectedbefore being put on-line in order to check their authenticity.
You can choose to receive an authenticity certificate (€ 40,00). This document will be delivered to you with your item.
Might you still have doubts concerning an item, despite the thorough checks, please contact us immediately.
9 - NOTICES
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site (link). We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
10 - CONCLUSION
These terms are governed by the Dutch law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by Dutch law. You and we both agree that the courts of the Netherlands will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
